1. About this policy
This policy describes how AI Social Manager handles information when you use its business profiles, AI content tools, social account connections, scheduling and reporting features.
2. Information processed
We process account details such as your name, email address and login credentials; business profile information, tags and logos; content you enter or generate; and publishing schedules. Connected services provide account identifiers, authorization tokens and information used to publish posts or display reports. Subscription records include plan details, payment references and transaction status.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, manage business profiles, generate requested content, connect authorized social accounts, schedule and publish posts, display reports, manage subscriptions and troubleshoot service issues. Workspace administrators and assigned account managers can access information within their permissions.
4. AI and connected services
When you request AI generation, relevant prompts, business details and media may be sent to the configured AI provider. Publishing sends selected content and media to the connected platform. Payment transactions are handled through the payment provider. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or posts unless you are authorized to do so.
5. Public content and media
Posts you publish are subject to the visibility settings of the destination platform. Uploaded logos and generated images may be accessible through public media URLs so social platforms can retrieve them. Do not upload confidential files as publishing media.
6. Cookies and security
The service uses cookies for login sessions and request security. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Passwords are stored as hashes and social authorization tokens are stored encrypted. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
7. Retention and your choices
Account, business, content and transaction records are stored to support service operation and record keeping. Deactivating or soft-deleting an account does not automatically erase its stored records. You can update available profile fields and revoke connected-app permissions through the relevant social platform. Revoking access does not remove posts already published there.
8. Requests and contact
Contact the administrator or account manager who provides your AI Social Manager account to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of your information. Identify the relevant account and business, but do not send passwords or access tokens. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
9. Policy changes
Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date. Review it when you enable new features or connect additional services.
